Introduction: I have over 30 years of real world experience. I successfully complete about 100 work orders per month. I have a great rating with the Arizona BBB and have a 99% satisfaction rate on Onforce with over a thousand successfully completed work orders. Also, I do not charge my customer for solutions I cant provide. With that being said, there has never been a project (small or big) that I or my team have not completed. Paul Adams, of Arizona Onsite Computer Services exceeded my expectations while fixing my computer. He was a pleasure to work with. I called Paul up when my computer shut off and wouldn't turn back on and he told me he could come out the next day at noon to see what had happened to it. He showed up at 11:45 am and gave me a quote that was very fair (I did a little research before he arrived.) He did most of the work right there on the spot and than he finished up by using log me in from his office after he left. My computer works PERFECTLY now and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Arizona Onsite.

Paul seems like a great guy and very helpful, but overbooked. Had a meeting scheduled with me for last Sunday to do a system clean up for me, but didn't show up or indicate why not. Replaced my old computer for a reasonable price, though, and it's a bit slow, but more than adequate. Probably more employees or better follow-up system would be helpful. Maybe I just caught him at a high-volume time. Still, a very good price and better than most.

My computer wouldn't charge. I called Arizona Onsite Computer Service. Paul came right to my house even though it was a weekend, looked at my computer and told me what the issue probably was. He told me what it would cost, took the computer and brought it back two days later. It works perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. I highly recommend this company!
