My computer wouldn't charge. I called Arizona Onsite Computer Service. Paul came right to my house even though it was a weekend, looked at my computer and told me what the issue probably was. He told me what it would cost, took the computer and brought it back two days later. It works perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. I highly recommend this company!Jul 24, 2015
Paul seems like a great guy and very helpful, but overbooked. Had a meeting scheduled with me for last Sunday to do a system clean up for me, but didn't show up or indicate why not. Replaced my old computer for a reasonable price, though, and it's a bit slow, but more than adequate. Probably more employees or better follow-up system would be helpful. Maybe I just caught him at a high-volume time. Still, a very good price and better than most.Jul 24, 2015
I honestly have no idea how many stars to give you as we were told we would have our computer back by Thursday evening and here it is Friday morning with no computer and worse, no phone call letting us know what is going on. Very disappointing.Jul 24, 2015
Paul Adams, of Arizona Onsite Computer Services exceeded my expectations while fixing my computer. He was a pleasure to work with. I called Paul up when my computer shut off and wouldn't turn back on and he told me he could come out the next day at noon to see what had happened to it. He showed up at 11:45 am and gave me a quote that was very fair (I did a little research before he arrived.) He did most of the work right there on the spot and than he finished up by using log me in from his office after he left. My computer works PERFECTLY now and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Arizona Onsite.Jul 14, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't. My pricing is as simple as it gets and is always in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, annual re-certs, getting ready to renew A+. Take courses at GCC just to stay current on the general topics. Honestly, most experience is hands on. As I mentioned earlier, almost every service call is unique in one way or another.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? When I was 14, My father was a drill instructor in the US Marine Corps and my mother stayed home taking care of all us kid. We didn't have much money being in a military family of 4 kids plus mom & dad.... So, my personal 8 Bit computer broke and we couldn't afford to fix it I took it upon myself (since I had nothing to lose) to try and fix it. Needless to say and to shorten the story, I was able to take it apart, re-solider a lose memory chip and fix the computer. I was so happy with myself. I decided to start taking computer classes in High School, on into College and then made it a career. I couldn't see myself doing anything else at this point in my life.
