- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be affected by several factors. For example. glass replacements are priced by size of glass, type of glass, amount of labor required, equipment required and job location. We also offer military and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically can provide a free estimate without being onsite if we have enough information. Pictures and dimensions usually gets us enough info to provide an accurate quote. In situations where we have to come out to the property, our estimates are still free within a 25 mile radius. To take on a project we require a 50% deposit to secure the job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer base is pretty broad. we work with home owners, house flippers, realtors, commercial business owners and management companies.
