I had water leaking in my living room from an upstairs bathroom. Jordan was so knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed the tub faucet in less than three hours. Don’t go anywhere else. This company is a gem. Honest, reasonable and knowledgeable. Another company quoted me $699 more. I have them on speed dial.

Water heater died and Simba showed up same day with a plan to repair or replace. Went through the options with no pressure and walked me through pros/cons. Water heater was replaced next day. No surprises on pricing. Removed and hauled the old heater. The new heater is working great! No issues. Great price and all work done without any issues.

The value was exactly what I expected. They gave me a quote while they were on site. I asked them when they could perform the work, and he said, "I can do it now." From quote to completion was less than 1 hour. All replacement valves were in the truck, so there was no going to get the parts. That was amazing.

I truly appreciate this company for their business ethics! We have old toilets. And we did not realize or know exactly how bad they were. Our master bathroom toilet was not flushing right and seemed to continue to run. We scheduled an appointment with Simba team, and they were very professional, and made some suggestions to try to get the problem fixed, but only after my husband had replaced a part. I really appreciate the fact that the representative was transparent about the repairs and that the toilets may need to be replaced. I’m looking forward to having these guys back out to put in our toilets when they arrive!
