My primary goal is to make you and your family comfortable again when your system fails. I diagnose the problem and convey to you my cost to make the repair. If it's not cost-effective to make the repair, I present this to you in an honest and respectful manner and discuss with you the available options. There are two things I don't do: 1) First and foremost, I don't take advantage of the fact that I may be more knowledgeable about HVAC than you and then coerce, pressure, or otherwise deceive you into thinking you must buy a new system so that you can have cool/warm air again, 2) I don't try to sell you everything under the sun; things that in most cases you don't need. My prices for cooling and heating work are up to 50% cheaper than other companies. I'm a very detail-oriented person and most of the extras I provide my customers rarely see.
