- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a customer come in and she was frantic that her phone was destroyed. She was up north near water and dropped her phone. She cracked the screen so she couldn't see anything and the bottom of the iPhone got wet. She mailed the phone to us and told us No Matter the cost i will pay to fix. The tech looked at it and so we put a new screen and a new charging port. ($90 repair at the time) The phone came back on and she was the happiest that she could be.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you know what you are getting when it comes to a new part or replacement part. There are companies and suppliers out there that try to cut corners or make a cheaper product to maximize profits. We have a close connection with our manufacture and if they send us something we don't like, we are not going to install it. Only the best quality for all repairs and service..
