Horrible customer service! Scheduled 2 appointments with me no call no showed on both. I even had to call them to reschedule the second appointment which they never called or showed up too. Called left another msg and still never heard back from them!! They basically charged me a $65 service charge to come out 1 time and do absolutely nothing and then never came back or contacted me back as they were supposed too.. O stars!! They took my vintage refrigerator, they took my $565.00 and they have had both for 18 months. Joe Deaton and Brenda his side kick are con artists; they generally will not return calls and drag out your hopes forever making false promises about finish dates. I have spoken to several other customers, and it is all terrible. Be warned! They keep changing their company name so watch out for Joe Deaton and Brenda Flood!
