Working with Mike and WDS Architecture has been phenomenal! We have worked with 2 other architect companies in the past and both let us down and wound up costing way more than we were told at the beginning. That was NOT the case with WDS Architecture!! Mike discussed everything with us from the very beginning of conception. He asked useful questions and ensured that he fully understood our needs before accepting the job. The price was extremely fair, he delivered everything he promised on time and all drawings were accurate. Mike went above and beyond in making sure we were happy from start to finish. He even followed up a few weeks after delivery to see how construction was going and to see if we needed anything more from him. After construction and several weeks after our contract with WDS was complete, our inspector required some odd information from Mike and he not only responded to my email immediately, but he clarified what the inspector was asking and wrote a perfectly detailed letter to satisfy the obscure request of the inspector so we could receive our green tag. I would absolutely recommend WDS Architecture to anyone looking for a quality architect, who understands and can explain local requirements, who will deliver on time, is priced well, and who will be by your side every step of the way! Thank you Mike for making this experience so wonderful!!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?To be more fair to the Client... we price your project based on the tasks involved, not per square footage rates. In doing so, we offer two options: 1-Creating drawings only. 2-Full service including Feasibility, As-built, Engineering, Permit Processing, Bidding Assistance, and Construction Administration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If I can get to know them, define their goals for the project and try to understand what they are envisioning... Then I will come closer to meeting their expectations
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Continuing Education is offered through ICC, AIA, SBA and insurance carrier.
