- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are extremely competitive and negotiable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are very important, right? With that mentality in mind, I feel it is important to get a solid understanding of what the Host is wanting for his/her/their special event. I like to offer either a in-person or over the phone consultation. This allows the Host to be assured that my main goal is flawless execution. It also leaves room for additional pricing, adequate inventory, duration of event, cocktail menu creation, and much more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently obtaining Hospitality Management degree at Grand Canyon University. 15 years of Customer Service. 7 Years of Restaurant Services which include serving, event planning, management, inventory control, training and bartending.
