Introduction: I have a 15 point check list, these areas are cleaned then re- inspected, making sure all areas are up to code, we also rely on our customers feed back, after all it's all you who keeps are jobs going, each gal knows there areas and knows them well, and if we find new chemicals or easier and faster way to get our customers homes clean quicker faster then we of course apply that in our routines. Commercial jobs we love! Because we treat them like our own homes and love learning new things about the companies we work for. The non stop learning! you always learn something new if not a chemical that works better, a technique that cuts time in half, meeting new people and they introducing our team to their friends are a plus for us

1 star for efforts. Multiple times Connie had changed her time to meet her needs, which ended up being 7hrs later from the original time. Knowing there was personal issues that needed to be handled she decided to still tackle on the work. She was introduced to the serious work that needed to be done due to my prior tenant. She was confident in the work that she could do and would make everything look "spic and clean." I trusted her to do the work on her own without me there (since it was late and I had to put my son to bed) - the work wasn't even partially completed to her expecting or mine. Smudges on appliances, dirty floors to ceilings to blinds. Not at all my expectations nor hers for that matter due to lack of supplies and staffing she didn't provide . I asked multiple times for a 2nd cleaning- with her personal issues to come first she continued to make schedules with me then cancel. I now demand a refund and yet I still get no reply back from her. Total waste of my energy and it's very unfortunate.

So sorry you were disappointed. You are correct my mother being in the hospital and passing last week was a personal problem. How many cleaners do you know are willing despite having a loved one in the hospital go to your home in the middle of the night and stay till 2 am..just to make sure she did not let her customer down? The house was not over whelming at all..smuges, smears, on appliance? I took before and after shots and ill post them on here. There are no smears or smuges..i was the one that offered to go back because i knew i could do a better job. I told you i would go back. And i would have but my mom passing and the fact that i scheduled a re-clean, i had cancelled because she passed. You w ere cold and wanted a refund because i had cancelled.my money back guarantee is lets us do a reclean then after you still are not satisfied then we will refund you..but you never gave me that option. And blinds, Windows, etc are things i told you i wanted to redo because i was not happy.it wasent because you saw anything wrong.its because i pointed them out to you and i was willing to redo. I guess no E for effort. But thank you anyways

Connie and her team did a fabulous Job cleaning my mothers house for her for Mother's Day!! They dusted everything, her windows and floors are nice and clean and they did much more!! Thank you!!!!! We will be using them again!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is 50 hour for two people. But i like to give alot of specials.i do offer military discounts and a coupon for a next clean at 10 dollars off if refer a friend ..everyone i believe should be able to have their house cleaned by a professional at least once. Our Painting dept is different but we try to give our customers bids that both parties are satisfied with and we do negotiate at times so we feel our quotes are fair to everyone
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to let them know exactly what we do, how long it will take. I know it can be a little nervous meeting new customers or customers meeting us so i like to make the first impression comfortable for both sides so were able to complete the job at hand with no problems.i explain in detail depending on which job hired for how we operate what they can expect etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mom of three grandmom of 8. So that alone is experience. In this field no training or schooling is needed. But i have taken OSHA for our use in chemicals..and take classes online to help with easier ways to clean your home etc..painting you have your schooling licenses and training to become the best..which BOTH Rick and I followed and went thru training
