- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is 50 hour for two people. But i like to give alot of specials.i do offer military discounts and a coupon for a next clean at 10 dollars off if refer a friend ..everyone i believe should be able to have their house cleaned by a professional at least once. Our Painting dept is different but we try to give our customers bids that both parties are satisfied with and we do negotiate at times so we feel our quotes are fair to everyone
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to let them know exactly what we do, how long it will take. I know it can be a little nervous meeting new customers or customers meeting us so i like to make the first impression comfortable for both sides so were able to complete the job at hand with no problems.i explain in detail depending on which job hired for how we operate what they can expect etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mom of three grandmom of 8. So that alone is experience. In this field no training or schooling is needed. But i have taken OSHA for our use in chemicals..and take classes online to help with easier ways to clean your home etc..painting you have your schooling licenses and training to become the best..which BOTH Rick and I followed and went thru training
