- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized to the details of your event. We work hard to be the best, but we are competitively priced to beat our peers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we acquire our client through thumbtack we generally work through our email to work out event details, and receive payment. We also would love to hear from potential clients by a good old-fashion phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Giovanni is a member of the American Culinary Federation and also maintains a Servsafe Certification with the FDA to ensure a safe production of food items for these wonderful events.
