Sean was awesome! My ac went down on a Sunday morning in July and I was referred to sean by a friend so I gave him a call around 10am he was at my place at 2pm and my air was ice cold at 3pm it’s unheard of in the summer in Arizona! The price was much cheaper than anyone else I would have called and I just couldn’t of been happier with the entire experience!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Once I’ve been contacted I like to come take look in the case of installing then determine the best plan of action moving forward and that the client is comfortable ,informed and has made the decision that suits all there needs When doing a service call/ repair call I introduce myself ask what the issues are then ask to be shown to the unit so I can proceed to troubleshoot/ diagnose any problems

• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Arm yourself with knowledge prior to calling anyone and look around, call 2-3 places
