Our pricing is transparent, competitive, and customized based on the unique needs of each space. Here’s what you should know: Customized Quotes – No one-size-fits-all pricing. We base our rates on square footage, frequency of service, type of facility, and specific cleaning needs (e.g., high-touch surfaces, sanitization protocols). No Hidden Fees – All costs are clearly outlined in your proposal. We believe in integrity and don’t believe in surprise charges. Discounts Available – We offer volume discounts for long-term contracts, government clients, and multi-property accounts. Eco-Friendly Options – Green cleaning services are available upon request and may affect pricing slightly due to product costs. Specialty Services – Deep cleans, post-construction cleanups, and emergency cleanouts are available and priced separately. We work within your budget and offer flexible service plans to ensure you're getting the most value without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Peace & Purity Cleaning Services, our onboarding process is structured, efficient, and built on trust. Initial Consultation – We begin with a discovery call or site walk-through to understand the scope, needs, and expectations. Customized Quote – Based on the visit, we develop a tailored cleaning proposal and service agreement. Scheduling & Onboarding – Once approved, we coordinate a convenient schedule, assign trained staff, and review access, safety, and compliance protocols. Service Delivery & Quality Control – Services begin as scheduled. Our supervisors conduct routine quality checks and communicate regularly with the client to ensure satisfaction. Ongoing Support – We remain flexible and responsive to client needs, adapting services as necessary while maintaining high standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership team is composed of professionals with training in OSHA compliance, CDC sanitation standards, and commercial janitorial best practices. As the founder, I am an Air Force Veteran trained in operational protocols, discipline, and quality assurance. I’ve also undergone business and safety training tailored to federal and corporate contracting standards. Our staff undergoes routine training in: Workplace safety & chemical handling Infection prevention & biohazard cleanup Proper use of equipment & eco-friendly products
