- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't really have a complicated pricing system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do occasionally look to see what new technology comes out but I find that the actual evolution of the computer still stays relatively the same kinda the like car. Cars still have engines, transmissions, ignitions, etc. as 20 years ago just with more bells and whistles. Computers are no different.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grew with parents who didn't know anything about them and it was an up and coming thing at the time.
