Do not recommend using this company at all! Had Ociel come out for a quote, took some asking on my end to get it from him. Wanted turf installed and block wall painted. He gave us a quote for the turf we thought was real good and fair. Thought the paint quote was high so we negotiated the price. Getting dates and times from them is difficult but I'm always home so I was real flexible about him texting and asking if he could come in an hour even though our appointment was a different day. If you are the type who needs punctuality and schedules met and kept this is not the company for you. Day of paint arrives, he gives me a time frame and the painters are over an hour later than time quoted. They get started and ran out of paint half way through. By now it is dark so they agree to come the next day at 4pm. 5pm comes and I text asking what time they are coming, that's when I look outside and see them pull up. Turns out it is just 1 guy not the pair from the day prior. He gets started and I hear a bunch of clunking and banging on my house wall which is weird because he is painting the block wall not the house. I go outside to investigate and find paint splattered all over the side of my house and window sunshade. I text Ociel and he tells me no problem he will fix it and touch up the paint on the house. Painter finished the job and left after dark. Next morning I go out and find not only was there paint on the window screen and side of the house but also on another window from the day before on the other side of the house. To go along with that everything on my patio has overspray all over it! My BBQ, smoker, patio chairs and tables and my daughters brand new play house. We spent the morning cleaning g the overspray off all our items and I texted Ociel to let him know what happened. He did not reply. The next day the curbing guy comes for measurements for the turf. Says I'll have my date of install set up by Monday. Monday comes and goes. I text Ociel, no reply. Wait a few days text him again, no reply. It has now been 2 weeks since I've heard from him. So long story short he ghosted me and after seeing the mess the painters made of my house he apparently thinks it is cheaper to cut his losses on the job than fix it and make it right.

Prosperity construction was awesome! They helped me pour a 1500 square foot cement job in my back yard at a fair price. Owner was super helpful with HOA paperwork and made sure the work was done right the first time around. On time and communicative. Highly recommend. They helped pint my house, and do a cement job.
