First let me mention that we are not caterers. We offer customized private chef services at affordable pricing. We work for an hourly fee and get reimbursed for any of the food or materials we purchase for you.
We offer these services:
Small dinner parties of 12 or less.
Weekly delivery of meals
Culinary education/cooking classes
Wine education.
Because we are not caterers and customize all events, we do not have menus. We purchase all items based on your preferences (and budget).
Organic, free range, vegan, low (or no) carb, gluten free? Does not matter we will accommodate.
Dinners and education can be combined! Think of it like a chef’s table at a high-end restaurant as we cook and demo in front of you and then you get to sample all.
Preparing flavorful properly prepared food with excellent ingredients is our goal and passion.
I have been a chef for 40+ years and a culinary educator for 28 of those. I know and I understand food. I stay up with all the current food trends. And always flexible based on the clients wishes.
I believe in a healthy diet that is simply based on balance and moderation but also understand the needs of people with dietary issues that need to be followed both from a health and a choice aspect.
Cathy (my wife) is a certified wine educator and level one sommelier so help with wine parings is always available as well as wine tasting/education in your home with food pairings.
