Introduction: Moon Valley CPR, LLC is a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross located in Phoenix, AZ. We teach both Provider and Refresher American Red Cross classes in CPR, First Aid, and the new BLS, ALS, and PALS resuscitation suite that launched in 2019. We also offer additional classes such as Wilderness First Aid, Babysitter Training, Emergency Medical Response, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Epi Pen training. ASHI CPR and First Aid classes are also available. Moon Valley CPR works around your schedule whether it is coming to a scheduled class throughout the community or reporting to your workplace to conduct any requested training for staff and co-workers.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Discounted rates are available for classes over 5 persons that register as a group. Please request an invoice estimate to apply your discounted rate. Several classes can be combined with additions such as First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine auto injector training, and Bloodborne Pathogens with discounted rates. American Health and Safety Institute (ASHI) are less expensive and preferred by the non healthcare community that do not require a specific CPR certification. American Red Cross is generally higher priced, however is accepted by many employers. PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR EMPLOYER/AGENCY REGARDING CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES BEFORE REGISTERING.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customers may register for courses by visiting our website, contacting us by email or by phone. We need to some information on registration, such as name, email, phone, and number of students Customers are welcome to contact us with any questions, before and after the class date. During the two year certification period, we keep you up to date with any changes, answer questions, and remind you in advance of expiring dates. Whether it's one day or one year since the class, our goal is to ensure all our students will be prepared and confident to assist in these emergencies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Instructor Patrick Helms I am a certified American Health and Safety Institute Instructor, Basic and Advanced Life Support. I am a certified NAEMT EMS Safety, Prehospital Trauma Life Support, All Hazards Disaster Response, Advanced Geriatric Education for EMS, and Psychological Trauma for EMS Patients Instructor. I am a certified American Heart Association Heartsaver, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, ACLS, and PALS Instructor. I am a certified American Red Cross CPR and First Aid, CPRO, ALS, PALS, BLS, Wilderness and Remote First Aid, Babysitter and Childcare Training, and Emergency Medical Response Instructor I am a certified Nationally Registered Paramedic in the state of Arizona
