I asked for a quote on replacing a cracked faucet and after receiving several that ranged from $95 to a ridiculous $200, Mr. Martinez provided an estimate that made me smile. His quick response and planning ahead throughout the job kept me smiling right up until the end even though he had to spend extra time "re-shopping" due to my really old pipes. He took the time to answer my questions and explain why we needed the new part and even shared some tips on what to keep my eye out for in my plumbing future. It has been several days and the repair is working perfectly. A special plus in that he took time to clean the area and gather up all the debris. Overall, I will definitely recommend Mr. Martinez to anyone who needs fast, competent, and courteous service and I'll be calling again myself. (If this looks familiar, it's because I had to repost due to site hiccup. It happens)

David called me a few minutes after submitting my project. I explained the problem and he told me it sounded like it was something he would not be able to help with, but then drove to my house 10 minutes later to confirm. He spent time explaining what was going on and referred me to another company that did roto rooter services. He never even charged me. I am so impressed by his service and would not hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs.

David did an excellent job with replacing our garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was quick, knew about the work, professional, And very responsive. Our first disposal unit in fact did not even work. He was patient and waited until my husband bought the second unit and installed it. For future plumbing jobs, I will consider working with David again.

He is not only a plumber…he is a gem of a person! He responded the same day when I inquired for the service within hours and set up an appointment the same week and gave me a quote. On the day of the appointment, he was on time (actually 15 mins earlier) and did a very CLEAN job while he was also having his grandson watch the work he is doing (young kid being trained by the master himself). He took the time to the explain me about water softeners - it was not even part of his job. Explained and adjusted my irrigation system (again, it was not part of the work). I asked if he can get an additional work done for my garbage disposal in the sink and he took the time to explain to me on what the issue is and how I should maintain that rather simply doing what I asked for and charging me extra which is what I expect most other would have done. At the end of the work, the man wouldn’t accept the extra money I gave him for the knowledge he gave me, I even tried to convince to take the money for his grandson but he wouldn’t take it. Contact him for any plumbing work - he is a honest, trustworthy and a great guy !
