If you're looking for an intense workout, be sure to check this place out. I have had the pleasure of getting trained by Susan, Jhessika and Julie, which are all amazing by the way, on pilates which I've never tried before. They will work on every curve of your body as well as get the intense work out you get out off the gym but not the boring side of it. You get cardio, flexibility and strength training all in one, combined with all the instructor's unique style, which is very exciting. You anticipate the next move, but then again they change it up a notch. Love the power plate as well, I think everbody does, which for me is an awesome massage reward after each crazy, in a good way, training.

Susan is an excellent instructor. She combines classical training with her own additions, which insures you will have a unique, and substantial workout every time! Since she has been a Pilates instructor for over a decade, she knows what you need and the best way to assist you.

Yes, We do. We run specials and can discuss the costs according to their needs and availability. Please call to personally speak with the owner
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an assessment together to find out what their goals and abilities are and together we decide decide what programs would work best for them. With several years of experience we can design and tailor a plan specific to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Pilates, Apparatus,BOSU, Pre/Post-natal Certifications 2003-2005, Power Plate (WBV) 2010, TRX 2013. Also Certifications in Fascia, Pilates for Men, Golf Pilates and Power Plate,Tennis Pilates and Power Plate
