Introduction: My passion is to help people become the best version of themselves by connecting to yourself through yoga! Yoga has many benefits like building strength and muscle, increase flexibility, release tension and stress, create more energy in the mind and body and to help restore balance to a busy lifestyle.
I love teaching various styles of yoga like; vinyasa flow with more fluid vigorous movement, relaxing and gentle styles like restorative/yin with an emphasis on working into the connective tissue and deep relaxation, guided meditation to help reduce stress/anxiety/ptsd and love to work with clients who are healing from injury, trauma or illness. We will focus deeply on the breath and going deeper into a meditative relaxed state.
I also love to teach yoga for corporations, special events like birthday parties, bachelorette parties, conferences, retreats and more!
