Introduction: I don't compromise. Ever. It really doesn't make sense to me when Personal chefs serve food at home that they wouldn't serve at a restaurant. Both should be done with the same care and attention to detail. Meeting new people and getting the privilege to create great expierence for them.

I really wanted step foot into all areas of the culinary world. I have never had any personal training myself just what I could whip up at home. I really don't have time for pre-scheduled classes or schools. I chose to shoot for personal chef. Casey is always extremely flexible and understanding of my busy lifestyle. I can tell you I lucked out. The amount of knowledge in just a few short months I have started to even amaze myself :) We've only traveled into Mexican and French but I love how much time an energy was given to understanding what I was doing. I think we're doing Vietnamese next? Not charged by the hour either, which is hard to find! We go at the pace that's comfortable for me and I don't feel rushed. One of the best decisions I have ever made to bring culture into my life and my family might possibly enjoy it more than I do. They get to eat everything I make now :)

I hired casey to cater my daughters wedding rehearsal dinner, he came on time, and the food was delicious ( creole as requested) he took care of everything and we could enjoy our event

Highly recommended. Staff was very courteous and professional. The appetizers and entrée were both delicious and well presented. The choice of wines and other libations complimented our dining experience. Very favorable response from our guests (20+). Casey and staff made our annual benefit a pleasurable experience for everyone that attended. Thank you! We've already made arrangements for Southwest Chef Services to host our upcoming Christmas benefit.

Casey was AMAZING!!! I will definitely use him again. He helped me with a 7 course surprise Valentines dinner at my house for my girlfriend. He was such a good sport. He even helped me light what must have been 1000000 candles and helped with the surprise. The food. WAS TO DIE FOR!!! It was just as good if not better than any 5 star restuarant that I have been to. Everything was plated beautifully and that of a true professional. I cannot say enough about how amazing the food was. He served each course and explained them all as he brought them out. When he left my house it was as if he was never there. My kitchen was spotless!!! Casey is beyond a class act and the real deal. If you are looking for amazing service by a true professional and food that will blow your mind - hire Casey. I will use him again for sure. The dinner was last night and I've already recommended him to several co workers and friends. THANKS CASEY!!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I became a Chef becaue both my parents were. My dad was an Exec. Chef and my mother a Pastry chef. I grew up doing this and love it everyday.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    You should always ask them where their ingredients come from and look at their grocery bags. Most professional chefs out there buy the cheapest possible ingredients from the local comodity store. All of mine come from Whole Foods or local Farmers Markets If there is an organic option I will always get it for you.
