FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat-Rate Pricing protects customers from unwelcome surprises at the end of the job. Our customers know exactly what the cost of the job is -and agree to it - before the job begins. The final invoice for the job as described, and agreed upon at the start of the job, will always reflect that agreed upon price* *Unless we're able to bring the job in under-bid, which would result in a lower total at the end. The total price will never be higher for completion of the project as originally described. (Is this the best small print/asterisk you've ever read?? )
