- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary slightly based upon a few different factors; location, service offered, part needed, and door and opener selection. With that being said, I strive to provided the best service at the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I give the customer all the information they need regarding myself and the work to be performed. Once the customer has agreed to work with me, we set up an appointment that works for both of us. Sometimes this is right away, or it may be later depending on the service needed and availability of both myself and the customer. They give me their address and I show up to do the work. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or in some cases paypal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by multiple professionals in the field that have extensive experience in the garage door industry. Hands on training and experience is some of the best training and education there is. Also, I have worked over ten different jobs, many of them requiring mechanical skills such as drilling, countersinking, cutting, grinding, riveting, torching etc. I have worked in sales and customer service as well which has polished my personal and customer relationship skills.
