First, it is about learning more about the client. - How close are they to attaining their marketing goals? - Does their website do it's job? - Does the logo print well on all media? - Is the marketing message clear? Often, it may take a few discussions to define a large project. In the end, planning is essential for any successful project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in the branding and online arenas for over a decade, we have heard more than a fair share of horrible web design and email experiences and understand these tools can be a cause of contention if not used correctly. Clients love that we understand branding, web design and email. We love being there for our clients to help leverage powerful branding and marketing tools. Allowing us to do what we love helps our clients do what they love. And thats a win-win!

Focus on your goal. Because there are so many options out there, it is important to think about WHY you want a website and what do you want to accomplish. Then, move forward with options and pricing. This will help save you time and money. But more importantly, it will help you be smart in reaching your online marketing goals.
