No payment is required until the job is done. We install glue-down, nail-down, laminate floating floors, luxury vinyl planks, straight or diagonal. We install any kind of stairs, or custom stairs. Depending if it's ceramic, porcelain or travertine prices goes up. *carpet removal and dumping for $0.50 per sq. ft. *Baseboards removal $0.30 per linear ft *Installation of new baseboards, paint and caulk top and bottom from $3.00 per linear ft. *I can also remove, clean, paint, reinstall and caulk your old baseboard, if it's still usable, for $3.00 per linear ft. But you have to understand this, let's say, you have a bedroom with 200 square feet, that doesn't mean you will have 200 linear feet of baseboard. You will just have around 60 feet of baseboard. Some people don't understand that. I saw some ads of guys that don't charge for the baseboard reinstallation. Beware, do you want your baseboard to look like new again, or just look like the same old crappy baseboard with your new floors? Think about it.
