FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While the quality of my work has been compared to (and considered on a par with) other "top" photographers commanding high fees, I'm very customer-focused and strive to deliver much value. You'll find my pricing to be more than fair as I work to create images that you will cherish for years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is my desire as a photographic artist to have a conversation with my clients in order to discover their needs and wants. I will seek their input regarding any creative ideas for a scene or background that that they may have in mind. Together, we will best represent their style and personality. I'm fairly laid-back and easy-going with a sense of humor. My goal is to have my clients relaxed and totally comfortable so that I may capture the essence of their natural beauty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Primarily self-taught, I began working as a photojournalist covering rock concerts. Usually only having less than ten minutes to create the "money shot" of a singer or band, I learned very quickly about exposure and composition. I was always at the mercy of constantly changing stage lighting, subjects who were often moving during their performance, and rubbing shoulders with competing photographers as we bumped into security personnel.
