- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Along with pricing I also give a discount. That discount is if I have to reschedule an cleaning visit and it’s my fault I give you a discount on that cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I go out and meet the new customer, give an estimate, schedule first visit and go from there. I call/text the customer the day befor to remind/confirm their appointment. on the day of appointment I send a courtesy text 15 mins. befor arrival.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out working for a friend.
