It was an awful experience trying to coordinate a simple house cleaning with this company. Almost $50/hour which is way too much for cleaning, and then nickel and diming for laundry (extra, not even a single load included), and $3 per bed to make a bed. That’s nuts. I would not recommend.Sep 4, 2018VerifiedEasy Life House Cleaning's reply
I'm sorry you feel that way. You haven't tried our service. We average $38 an hour per cleaning technician and were never told you had a bed you wanted made or how many loads of laundry you had. Our prices are fair and competitive. My employees are well trained and do a great job.
This is a great team. They showed up and really cleaned the house. Will hire again.Nov 15, 2016VerifiedEasy Life House Cleaning's reply
Thank you Laura, We enjoyed cleaning your home!
I'm very happy with their performance! The house was cleaned very thoroughly, and communication was effortless. Pricing is very reasonable, and I plan on being a customer for quite some time.Jun 16, 2016Verified
I was very happy with the services that Easy Life House Cleaning provided. The ladies were very professional, courteous and very respectful of the fact that I had just brought my husband home this morning from a 2 week stay in the hospital. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you!Jun 17, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We usually charge one time cleanings by the hour. We give flat prices for continued and repeat services. We go by square footage, stories, number of bathrooms and bedrooms, type of floors and whether a client has pets inside the home or not. We use these things to price our clients homes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We send well trained individuals in teams of 2 or 3. We ask the customer to give us feedback after each cleaning so that we can do everything we can to make and keep our customers happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started out cleaning houses on my own for a couple of years. I belong to different house cleaning associations that offer education on best cleaning practices and products. I also keep up with safety training for my employee's and supervised training.
