- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ALWAYS offer discounts to returning customers or customers who set up concurrent services. Prices are always negotiable with Luxe until we meet at a middle ground to perfectly fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to really get to know you first to help offer the absolute best service directly fitted to your needs from our family/business to yours. We also can get straight to work if that is what you prefer as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Generational experience passed down from years of experience to help tackle any obstacle that comes our way.
