Norm fixed my AC unit (heat pump) in April 2015. He was very honest both in price and workmanship. He explained me was was wrong with it and what was needed to be fixed. He replaced the condenser fan motor and the contactor. No extra fees or surprises. The job was done quickly, professionally and it saved me a few hundred dollars. I certainly recommend Norm for any repair or service on refrigeration systems. LMC
