Most computer service companies offer a similar menu of services. The difference lies in personal service and value. We don't try to be the cheapest, but we do strive to provide exceptional value.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Computers are a complex combination of hardware and software components. Diagnosing problems or removing malware can be a very time-consuming process. While we are happy to assist clients at their locations, it will usually be much less expensive for us to work on the computer remotely (if possible) or in our shop.
