Kari is a thorough and knowledgeable trainer with a great level of expertise in her field. She is not only excellent at modeling the bodies of the clients she trains, but even training their minds. As a trainer I have both worked with and alongside Kari. Her training is impeccable and she is one of the few people I have entrusted to train my wife who is a stage 4 breast cancer survivor. I consider her an elite level colleague whom I still seek out for her knowledge and expertise on matters of the body and mind.
Danny and Emma have been amazing to work with. My husband and I train with Danny twice a week in our home (separate sessions). We hadn't been working out recently so Danny was great about easing us into it a bit and then turning up the intensity pretty quickly. The training is incredibly adaptable to the situation - one night I had a fussy infant so instead of canceling or trying to bounce back and forth, he switched up the workout to 'sandbag style' where I could hold her and still get a good workout in (something both my daughter and I enjoyed). He's also honed in on the type of training we really enjoy, for me its boxing, making it fun and productive! I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Emma, his wife and partner in the business. She's been so helpful in working around our crazy schedules, between last minute work trips, out of town visitors and illness, they've both been extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone who is trying to get back in shape or push their athletic prowess to the next level. He's fun, easy-going and respectful of your personal needs.
If you want to fight like a pro this gym is for you! Authentic, Traditional Muay Thai! I love training with all the fighters and learning from them. They definitely whipped me into great shape!
Riley is my coach for a 21 day challenge and also boxing class. He is very good teaching any age client, and is always there if you need something, question answered, anything. My son and I have been training at the Budo Shingikan Dojo for almost two years now and we are enjoying the journey. My son Daryen has been taking Karate Classes with Mr. Joe Bolding since 2015 and he loves his classes, he has teach him how to defend him self with diferents techniques, be a leader, be respectful and always be honest and follow his parents orders. I am so happy that my son is part of his group.

Nice for body......... I have been going to 1 on 1 boxing for over three years now. The workout is great. They are always changing the workout so everyday you know that you will be targeting a different set of muscles. From my experience, all the trainers know what they are doing. I strongly recommend this gym.
I have been working with Nick and I can say I have really really enjoyed it! He is so professional and friendly. I used to feel really nervous about going to a gym or having a trainer but he made me feel at ease and has actually made it something I look forward to!! I would recomend him to anyone!!! Over the last few years, we have tried different sports and activities for our kids to participate in, whether it was soccer or golf, they wanted to really enjoy it, but their heads just weren't in the game. By chance, I found TNT, which compelled me to start researching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. What I found really piqued my interest, BJJ was an amazing martial art that has proven itself inside and outside the ring and coach Scott Tannenbaum learned and earned his black belt from the very best. Fast forward to the free trial class the kids attended, and I have never seen two boys so focused on their instructors as my kids were that day. We are talking kids who got distracted DURING their soccer games! I signed them up that day, and it's been nearly 6 months, and their interest has shown no retreat. They are eager for every class, and every open mat session, which is sometimes 5 days a week. In fact their enthusiasm was so great that I joined the adult class as well and now I can't get enough. We are in much better shape now than when we started and we are continually improving. There are not many exercise programs that has you working out hard 4-6 times per week and wanting more! And that's not all, my wife has also joined the Cardio Kick Boxing class as well. TNT has become a family affair that we all enjoy and the staff and students have become our second family. The kids are in the Kid Jitsu classes, but it's so much more than the traditional Jiu Jitsu class. First off, the school wont make you buy their $100 gi. In fact all classes are no gi, even the adult BJJ class. Most days the coaches cover BJJ and that is their focus but they also have MMA day on Wednesdays, where the kids get to put on gloves and practice their stand-up. Every class begins with a full warm up/ conditioning session, followed by technique instruction, followed up usually with a another related technique and practice. Finally the last part of the class is rolling/sparring where the kids can practice what they learned so far in a super safe environment. Every kid in that class looks forward to the last segment, they have so much fun. Years of traditional martial arts would not have given my boys a fraction of the real world skills they now possess, skills they can be confident of because it's not just theory, it's a hands on. The adult classes are filled with a great mix of men and women, and I have yet to run into any bad attitudes. Everyone comes in ready to learn and the coaches are always ready to teach. The format is similar to the kids class, which starts with a great warm up/conditioning session, followed by several related techniques, followed by rolling. On Wednesdays, the adults can put on their gloves and train stand up as well. Coach Scott, and the other coaches on staff including Josh, Mike, Lee, Melissa, Will, Ernie, and Duane are all super friendly and approachable and go out of their way to make sure every student is getting the most out of class, I can't say enough good things about them. My family and I love TNT, and my wife and kids love the fact that I am on the road to a better life with my type 2 diabetes in check. Exercise is the single best activity for those with type 2 diabetes, with insulin resistance dropping significantly after moderate to intense activity. Coupled with eating a healthy diet, comprised mostly of low glycemic index foods, and lots of water, I have been able to reduce some of my medications, and I'm on the path to being off of them completely and I owe it all to TNT. Come try a free trial class, chances are I'll be there watching or rolling. In fact I wish I was there now!
Lindsay is a wonderful teacher and very good with the kids. I noticed her being very firm, but gentle at the same time. I appreciate that she reminds the kids the importance of learning to defend self and to take it seriously , as kids can often forget. Lindsay is very likable as a person and my sister enjoys the class. Absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone especially for your kids
Jerry is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer and brings goal setting upon completion of his assessment after your first workout. Over time as your achieve your goals ( mine were strength and overall conditioning after double knee replacement surgery).We have moved on to additional goals of weight loss and nutrition planning which we achieve by a combination of cardio kick boxing, daily boot camps ( the Saturday ones are special) and personal training sessions. Results: Feel great, greater strength and balance, strong core and yes down 40 lbs. Excellent person who wants YOU to succeed.
Rock Solid Fitness is a great and fun place to work out. I work in the office building next to Rock Solid building and found it be a good place to go for lunch and get a great work out. Tim (the Trainer) offers Kick Boxing, Zumba, & Boot camp, along with work out equipment, if you are not into classes. I go to each one of classes with my co workers at lunch time. We get a good work out with lots of fun and laughter. He has now added another Zumba class so we can get an extra work out on Thursday. If you have not join yet I would suggest you do so. I started with a bad shoulder and with Tim's training, I can do things I could not do before with out pain. I feel so much better then I have in along time. Tim will work with you so you can get the best work out for your needs. I am very pleased with Rock Solid Fitness and Tim, & will be going as long as it is there.
Tim is a fantastic trainer. He has changed my life. He motivates me to do things I would have never done on my own. He has made me stronger and more flexible and makes the sessions fun. He has also taught me boxing which I love. I will always have Tim as my trainer. Sandra

Rick is an amazing guy! His training and coaching method is one of expertise, patience, and extreme professionalism. I have been to several MMA / boxing gyms and none of them compare to the information and time I was given by Rick. I highly recommend him whether you're a beginner or knowledgable striker. His knowledge can really help take you to that next level. Rick is also a wonderful person and easy-to-work with. He will work you hard if you need it, but also patient with injuries. Check him out!
