- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge for a travel fee if the location is out of my travel area or out of the valley! Seasonal discounts are also offered as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love chatting and getting to know my clients! The first trial or service I take the time to do so and it creates such a special bond.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I sign up and pay for hair classes that focuses on my preferred/ most requested services and styles!
