I have been working out with Becky since Jan of 2015. And it was one of the best decisions I have made. Her and Matt put a nutritional guide together for me which I love! Becky is so sweet yet she doesn't mess around when it comes to working out;)!!! My body has changed significantly, I'm beyond pleased of the outcome I've had so far while having Becky train me!! Dan is an awesome trainer. He has provided training to my husband and I over several years. He brings everything you need to get healthy, he is flexible with hours for training, he's tough but in an encouraging way, he modifies movements based capability (I am a cluts), he sets goals for you to achieve, defines nutritional recommendations if needed, and has had a lasting impact on my husband and I. We are forever changed by him - we have a home gym we use daily, we have pulled in our family in to working out, and we are trying to keep moving because of Dan!

Sierra has been a close friend of mine for a long time. We grew up together, but grew up and moved on to do different things in different parts of the world. One thing I knew about Sierra was that she was loyal and I would always be able to get a truthful answer out of her. So when I set out to get nutritional advice from her, I knew she would give it to me straight. For years I have been going to the gym 4-6 days a week, and spending way too much time doing what was easy for me (cardio). Jerry is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer and brings goal setting upon completion of his assessment after your first workout. Over time as your achieve your goals ( mine were strength and overall conditioning after double knee replacement surgery).We have moved on to additional goals of weight loss and nutrition planning which we achieve by a combination of cardio kick boxing, daily boot camps ( the Saturday ones are special) and personal training sessions. I did this weight-loss program about a year ago. It was way better and effective than I expected! I tried many types of diet before but so far this one is the best. Most of the diets I experienced was either starving to death or serious yo-yo effect. But this program was very well balanced in nutrition perspective. My eating habit changed to healthy way that I am not experiencing yo-yo until now. The best part was my cholesterol level and blood pressure all got back to normal again!
