Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My work stands out because I am a nutritionist and wellness coach but I also have a vast knowledge of supplements so I am able to bridge the gap between food and supplementation. Seeing my clients faces after they reach their health goals gives me great motivation and warms my heart.

I’ve been lactose intolerant for nearly my whole life. Since I was a kid I remember having to avoid certain dairy products and as I got older I became more and more sensitive. Eventually I couldn’t eat anything dairy. I’d tried the typical lactate pill, some digestive enzymes, and several other things but nothing worked very well. Nikki spent a lot of time searching and eventually found a supplement that she thought might help. I gave it a try and it worked! I was hesitant at first to try eating dairy again but little by little I’ve introduced it back into my diet and I haven’t had a single incident since. Thank you so much Nikki; life is so much better with cheese!

Nikki is fantastic! I have a gluten allergy and I'm very picky about the foods I eat. My main goal was to lose about 10lbs to kick start my fitness goals. It has been 2 months and I've not only reached my goal but I have found it fairly easy to stick to the diet she has provided me. I highly recommend her!

Nikki helped me by making easy food suggestions at the grocery store, gave me cooking tips and put me on a great vitamin regimen. I would highly suggest her to anyone.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was in school to become a doctor but started to realize that I wanted to help people more than most doctors do. I did not want to become a slave to the pharmaceutical companies (as many doctors get put though school from their aid). As I was in school, I worked at a vitamin store where came across and helped many different people use alternative herbs and vitamins to help with their ailments. Most of them actually worked better than the prescriptions that were given to them by their doctor and with minimal side effects if any at all. This brought me to nutrition because what you are feeding your body is the most important. The foods you are eating are either making you worse or making you better.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my most recent clients has dropped his cholesterol 55 points through improving his diet and exercise, utilizing the plan we created together. He is not below the risk factor for heart disease and feels great with lots more energy.
