- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices on the square footage and include paint, materials, and labor. Including reasonable repairs and patching. I also clean up after myself and leave everything else as clean IR cleaner than I found it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a background in woodworking From my youth. So when I moved and couldn't find a sales job I thought Deck repair and refinishing might be a good fit. I enjoyed the pride and satisfaction of finishing each job and have been painting ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am most commonly called upon to paint house interiors for home owners. I also paint exteriors and have also done both interiors and exteriors for rental properties, commercial properties, shopping centers, warehouses, and schools.
