We booked Jim for our 10 year vow renewal ceremony and dinner. Jim was nothing short of amazing! His prices are very reasonable for the quality of his product. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a quality experience even with special food restrictions. Everyone was so impressed with his presentation and the food was delicious. He even made to go appetizer containers for the wedding party as we went off site for photos. I highly recommend him for your next event!

Jim catered our wedding this past weekend (4/12/14) and he was absolutely wonderful. He was professional and the food was absolutely phenomenal. I would HIGHLY recommend Jim for any catering event. This was our second event working with Jim and he did not disappoint! He was fast to respond to communications, so easy to work with, and the food was AMAZING. Our 40+ guests were all raving about the food and totally stuffed by the end of evening. It was a great success. Thanks Jim!

Chef did an amazing job for my daughters first birthday party!!! He truly made the experience a memorable one. Have a food truck was the highlight of the event!! The tacos were absolutely fantastic and well priced. We didn’t reach our number of people so chef made more in the side so we wouldn’t be out. Truly outstanding work, we will definitely be ordering again for our other daughters party
