Regina is AMAZING. I was so overwhelmed moving from out of state and didn't know where to start. She came in, took control, and let me run around with my mom while she put things away and organized. Great ideas on how to get things organized and keep them that way. Highly recommend.

Regina passed the dog test when she entered my home (very important), so we let her stay! She is very positive and upbeat. There was no pressure to get rid of items, as we were sorting through boxes. One thing I was impressed with, is her knowledge and tools, regarding possible value of items to sell. It is quite apparent that Regina has experience, loves her job, and helping people. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly price of $110 per hour includes 2 Pros for 2-Hours (minimum). We require (1) Labor hour of $110 for a deposit to get you on our calendar. Ask about our JUNK REMOVAL / DONATION SERVICES.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate on Thumbtack, Set up a quick phone consult or you may text or email pictures of your project, schedule your FREE in-home consultation if necessary, discuss and agree on your budget and services your require, schedule your sessions and then you enjoy your space! If you've scheduled a week or so out, we will message you to verify nothing has changed and you still need service. We try our best to accommodate all our clients.
