- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first initial session will be when we take measurements and a fitness assessment. Then we will assess goals, injuries and and nutrition. The second session is a full workout and meal planning. Then going forward, there will be a 50 minute workout with an assisted stretch at the end of each session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Personal Training Certification through ACE Fitness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always known that fitness is so much more than looking good. All my life I used fitness as an outlet. It has helped me to relieve stress and anxiety. I love the energy that it gives me so when I found that ACE Fitness provided the training and certification, I knew that I had access to my dream carreer in the fitness industry.
