Introduction: My name is Andrea and I am so excited to help you on your journey to change. I will coach you on how to eat mindfully and how to fuel your body so that you FEEL good. I know that everyone wants to have more energy and to wake up feeling refreshed so I will show you which foods will help you with that. Alongside mindful eating, exercise is top priority. My personal one on one training is one hour and includes a custom workout each session so that muscle adaption is minimized. We will be connected DAILY to keep you on track. I will also stretch you at the end of every session because I feel it is just as beneficial to your body as the workout. In addition to that, I plan your outside workouts when you are not with me. I am not the type of trainer who sees you for your hour and sends you back on your way...that's why I am very good at what I do. I get results...our workouts will be HIIT style with a combination of weights, plyometrics, machines, bands etc... I make sure that each one of my clients has an individual plan made just for them and I'm excited to talk goals with you! Let's get it !

Andrea is amazing to work with! She is very punctual, professional and attentive. All workouts are customized with my personal goals in mind. I am 66 years old with some physical limitations and her wealth of knowledge makes it a seem like a non issue. She has helped me focus on those areas while I am progressively growing stronger overall. In a very short time I can already see results! Be prepared to get your money's worth, she is not a slacker! I've been training with Andrea for about 6 weeks in preparation for my wedding later this fall. In that short time, I've already seen noticeable improvements to my strength and endurance! We work out in person twice a week and then she plans my workouts for the rest of the week. I've really enjoyed our sessions--Andrea is responsive, adaptive to injuries and schedule changes, and keeps my work-outs interesting with new exercises. I'm new to strength training and appreciate the time Andrea spends to help me nail down proper form. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great Phoenix-area trainer!

My boyfriend and I have been working with Andrea for about 5 months now, and she always kicks our butts whether it is at the gym, park, or online via live training. There is seriously NEVER a time we don’t have a good sweat session. She really focuses on your body & health goals and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling, which is wonderful due to our hectic and sometimes random work/travel schedule. When it comes to the actual workouts, she’s also really great at correcting our forms which is key to targeting the correct muscle groups and avoiding injury. I also want to add that ever since I started working out with Andrea, my chronic back pain (from scoliosis and terrible posture) has improved. And lastly, Andrea has an amazing attitude that rubs off on you especially when you are having a bad day! She is definitely highly recommended in our books :).
