Hannah is an incredible trainer. She immediately knew exactly what my fitness and health goals are and how to reach them. Her workouts are perfectly designed and she is incredibly motivating. I really enjoy the structure of her workouts and the different exercises she incorporates. They are challenging but attainable. She is vastly knowledgeable while fun to train with. I’ve seen an incredible increase in my strength, mobility, and flexibility in the 6+ training sessions I’ve done with her. Her approach to fitness is balanced and exactly what I need and appreciate to keep going. I haven’t been this excited to workout in a long time. Hannah is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had. I’m not a huge fan of working out, but her energy and passion makes me excited to work out every time. She is also the most comprehensive personal trainer. She takes the time to get to know you as a person, understand your wellness goals (outside of just working out), and prepare a plan for success. I have seen amazing results just from a few of her workouts. And she wants you to learn as you go so you can implement them by yourself in the future! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My clients are always my FIRST priority. With that being said, I work with each client individually to make sure that a healthy lifestyle is affordable. I offer numerous discounts, as well as a sliding scale for those affected by COVID-19.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It is extremely important for me to understand the needs and wants of my new clients. The first session is devoted entirely to speaking with my client(s) about their exercise history, fitness goals, and past or current injuries. I also put my new client(s) through a short workout to assess movement patterns and obtain the foundation for our new exercise program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise, as well as a Certified Group Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
