- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step for new clients is your inital "Assessment". Durring this session we will go over your goals, injuries, prior experience (if any) and figure out what we need to do to help you get there. An Inbody scan will also be completed at this time. The Inbody scan is an incredibly poerful tool we utilize to see exactly where you are at in terms of hydration, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, and most importantly, your Basal Metabolic Rate. Then we will run through a session to see where your physical conditioning is and tailor our approach to your training from there!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began teaching simply as a desire to help others. I used to be obese ... 217lbs (I'm only 5'7) at 39% bodyfat. I remember waking up each day and hating the reflection that looked back at me while I brushed my teeth. I decided to go all in and was able to transform my body and i continue to do so with each passing day. When i had lost the weight I started getting questions from friends, other people at the gym, and complete strangers... Nothing made me happier than helping other people that were struggling. Showing others exactly what they need to do and see them achieve their goals as been the most satisfying feeling ever, nothing brings me more joy. From there, I committed myself to fitness and coaching and have helped hundreds of people change their life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience working with all types! From the beginner who has never stepped foot into a gym to the established athlete looking to take their game or physique to the next level! I love teaching people how to rehab or work around an injury while also teaching others how to push thier body to the absolute limits. Regardless of what struggles you have, or what your goals may be, I am the coach to help you get there.
