I have 18 years experience training in the private sector, and 12 years experience as a Collegiate level Strength and Conditioning Coach (UCLA, CSUN, USTA, El Camino College). I work with all populations from Seniors all the way down to adolescents. Decrease Joint Pain: restore proper movement patterns  to help clients decrease pain (low back, neck, shoulders, knees, hips, wrists, ankles etc. ) regain physical freedom and return to the activities they love. 2. Move better: I apply cutting edge pain and performance neurology training to improve strength, mobility, coordination, balance and performance. 3. Improve Body Composition: lower body fat percentage and increase muscle/lean mass. As a FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE HEALTH COACH I believe: 1. Having a healthy-looking body on the outside starts with health on a cellular level on the inside. 2. Rather than chasing symptoms I focus Health Coaching sessions on building a solid foundation of health (sleep, stress, movement, nutrition and detoxification) in order to get to the root cause of weight gain and other chronic conditions. COMMON CONCERNS: -DIGESTIVE / GUT HEALTH -AUTOIMMUNITY -SLEEP HYGIENE -FATIGUE -MENTAL FOG Weekly virtual health coaching calls encompass: -Establish weekly goals -Implement sustainable lifestyle habits -Get to root of the problem -Discuss execution of SMART goals each week: ->Success? Too aggressive? Need to scale back? -Co-collaboration and co-creation of goals to facilitate behavior change. -Positive psychology, Motivational interviewing, Mind-body medicine & Psychology of Eating <<TRAINING PACKAGES/PRICING>> TRAINING RATES (Payments can be made monthly, bi-weekly or paid in full with a 10% discount) 1 PERSON: $120/ session  -- 2 PEOPLE: $150/ session $75/ session ea  -- 3 PEOPLE:  $180/ session $60 / Session ea [Pain Reduction/"Return to Play" assessment] $175 -Low Back, Neck, Shoulders, Hips, Knees, Ankles etc. -Based on current injuries/ pain/ joint restriction etc. I will personalize the protocol & incorporate drills that assist with increased ROM and decreased pain. -Treatment target the eyes, inner ear (vestibular system), and sensory system.

Working with coach Kim has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. She was willing to train me at 6am in the morning when I was a student and she always showed up with a positive attitude. I had back pain that was affecting my quality of life. I needed 10-15 minutes to warm up before getting dressed in the morning. This back pain was causing overcompensation in my knee, which was sore and unstable. Kim was able to create a feedback loop where we created a baseline and evaluated against that baseline after each diagnostic exercise she performed with me. That allowed us to find the exercises that worked and focus on those. That also allowed us to create the customized plan that I still follow. She also gave me fundamental knowledge to adjust my exercises based on my progress. During our assessment I immediately knew something was working because of the test and assess feedback loop. I also felt additional benefits when things clicked into place. My mindset shifted from "powering through" to listening to my body.

Kim is the consummate professional. She is well educated in anatomy and physiology, exercise science, and nutrition. As a former collegiate strength coach, Kim has experience that is broad and deep. Her experience and education allows her to customize her client's fitness program. I have known Kim for many years and have only the upmost respect for her personally and professionally.
