FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are dependent on how often you train and how long each session is. All of my services are month-to-month, so no long-term contracts. My goal is to make my personal training as accessible as possible to everyone, and I offer multiple payment plans that work for virtually anyone. When we meet for the free session and consultation, I'll share all of the options available to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're interested in working with me and you reach out to me, I'll offer you a 100% free, full-scale training session and consultation with me. The free session is a great opportunity for you to experience a normal training session with me, and to be sure that my training style and personality are a good match for you. Further, it also provides me a great opportunity to get to know you on a more personal basis, and at the same time allowing me an opportunity to assess where you are now and what it will take for you to reach your goals as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
