Paul is my third and LAST personal trainer. Every session is fun and truly awakens parts of my body that I didn't even realize were dormant; it makes for a very intense "workout"...but you also feel like you're playing :) Every movement/workout facilitates mind & body connection...easily the most unique experience I've ever had.Oct 3, 2019
To start off there is no way to best describe Paul in words. Because of his very unique approach and “out of the box thinking” to health and fitness So I will do my BEST. Very Responsive when communicating calls, texts or emails. On time or early and communicates Plan:B if the weather is bad. During workouts explains every move, then demonstrate to show you by example. Paul’s verbal communications is easy and very understandable. Paul’s a very good at listening to all my needs, concerns and goals. Paul’s my guy. If you’re on the fence, or think you can just save the money, or you already have a gym... think no more, just do it. Great technique. Great training location. Helps you understand the educational aspect. I felt the training sessions immediately and I see results (been a couple of weeks) in my strength and flexibility as my practice gets better. Tried the gym. Tried a gym trainer. Tried countless apps. Tried my friends. The value is that, with Paul, I have someone in my corner to check in with, keep me accountable, and provide training that doesn’t just push me forward but upward as well. I truly enjoy training with Paul - he is very kind and incredibly knowledgeable. His training is unique - never have I seen anyone bring so many disciplines together in a way that flows naturally, rather than a robotic training menu. The body and mind respond in a natural, unforced manner. Lost count of how many times I wondered how simple, yet incredibly demanding a workout can be. Paul is a great trainer! He has an incredible understanding of the body and its connection to the mind. He maintains a wonderful sense of play and encourages creativity and fun within the discipline of practice. He can get you in shape physically and mentally and is great at getting those knots out! He is highly educated in traditional ways and also thinks and practices outside of the box. He really helped me loosen up and access more confidence, poise, strength, agility, flexibility and mindfulness.
