I came to Tyler looking to improve my fitness level on the tennis court. I had always been a good player but felt like I couldn't keep up at the end of matches. He helped me design a program to boost my strength and translate that to the court. At first I didnt understand how doing squats or bench presses would help me but the results speak for themselves.
