FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've made my pricing to be as affordable as possible, for virtually any budget. The total monthly cost of my sessions is dependent upon how often you train and how long the session is. My goal is to make training as accessible to as many people as possible, and there a several options to choose from, and we go through everything when we meet for the first time. My pricing is easy to understand, and I have no long-term contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new prospective client, I offer a completely free training session and consultation, giving you a great opportunity to make an informed decision on whether you would like to continue training with me. When we meet, we'll go through a full training session based on the long-term goals you have. This will give you a great preview of what my training is like on a session-to-session basis. Afterwards, I'll show you all of the options available to you and provide my professional recommendation based on your current abilities and long-term goals. The vast majority of people do not need to be in the gym 5-6 times per week with me, so rest assured I'll provide a realistic recommendation for you to consider.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Exercise Therapist through The International Sports Sciences Association, a distinguished certification program.
