- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet a new client prior to the date that they are requesting my service. Typically best to meet at a coffee shop than at the clients house first. However, it is absolutely necessary that I meet with the pets as well in the home environment too. Often, I meet the client near their home and discuss a few questions then we go directly to the home. Other times I can go to the home at a later date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up to date with CPR and first aid classes for people as well as animals. As well as any new training techniques for animals with a variety of different issues from medication taking tricks, thunderstorm scare, to the timid dog.
