Introduction: I prefer teaching piano to students six through adult. Usual lessons are half hour once a week. Focus is on music reading and technique. Adults usually need a 45min. to a hour lesson a week.
I teach in my home. I am a member of the Phoenix Music Teachers Association. I am also Music Director at Memorial Presbyterian Church in Phoenix. I have a BA and MM.
I have background in Orff and Kodaly methods that are taught in elementary school.

She was very patient, taking time to explain. She was pleasant and encouraging. I appreciated the fact that she did not go too fast with the lesson allowing me the time to become familiar with the notes at my own pace.
