Jim Oliveri has a great facility with words. He greatly improved my manuscript, a full-length historical novel, finding the more embarrassing of my mistakes and correcting many of the common errors writers are apt to make. Jim was also very helpful with punctuation and those pesky commas Im always adding or leaving out. He suggested alternative words where needed to enhance the text or to eliminate repetitiveness. Jim also did an excellent job pointing out sayings and idioms not used or in existence at the time the story takes place. Jim did a thorough job and he did it quickly. His corrections and suggestions were clear and self-evident, needing very little discussion or questions. Although it may not be suited to all authors, Jims method of working, which forced me to make the edits myself, was a learning experience. It not only instilled many good habits and practices, but it allowed me to make additional improvements as I went through the manuscript. All and all, I am very satisfied with Jims efforts on my behalf, and look forward to working with him again on future projects. It was money well spent!
Annie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She did a great job editing my first fiction novel. She brought a lot of patience and much needed perspective to the project. I've been highly impressed by her dedication and humility. More than an editor, she has become a pillar of support for me as writer. I can gladly count her as a friend after several months of association. If you are a new writer who is looking for an editor that is willing to walk the extra mile with you, look no further. I highly recommend Annie as an editor and a wonderful human being.
Met with Kim for help with both mine and my husbands resumes, we met at a nice coffee shop and talked over both of our situations. We received our first rough draft that evening and were sore put to find anything wrong, needless to say she jazzed up both of our resumes with impeccable ability. If you are thinking about getting a writer go for it you will be happy you did.
Roberta is enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. As new authors, my daughter and I weren't exactly up to snuff with punctuation skills. Roberta keeps you informed of the whys and wherefores. I especially liked the fact that she didn't change anything in my manuscript. She made suggestions that helped fill in the gaps and kept the storyline cohesive. Bottom line: Roberta is professional, knows her craft, and is a team player. I highly recommend her services. I definitely will be using her services again in the future. -- Darlene Eutsler Lewlis
Charles was hired as a ghost writer for a book. He took direction from me, the publisher and from the author he was writing for. He was organized and submitted a written plan for the project. He was easy to work with as well as efficient. His writing skills are excellent. He is creative and has an excellent command of the English language. I will continue to use him on other projects.
I found my "Sweet Spot" with Karen and Brand Hub Online. For the past two years Karen worked on reshaping our online presence. She just completed our latest Word Press web site redesign and was patient with my whims but would let me know if I was heading down the wrong path when it came to branding and SEO. Rest assured you can trust Brand Hub to be a reasonable and qualified marketing partner. Mark M. PDM Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Since 1885
Morgan edited a 38,000 word document for me. Her work was (is) excellent, professional, and timely. I recommend Morgan's work with the highest praise.
I met Ken Jensen in June, 2014 after interviewing several other potential editors for my novel, "Enemy in the Heartland." I selected Ken because of his professional attitude, his technical knowledge of military hardware, and the fact that he was an author himself made him an easy choice to be my editor. During the editing process, Ken's ability to keep the story's timeline correct and his suggestions on content has made my novel the success it is today. If you are thinking of using Ken's services, but questions, I would happy to talk to you on Ken's ability as an editor. Stephen Schwertley
Tim has been an excellent freelance writer for our project at PSA over the last couple of years. He has worked tirelessly and under sometimes strict deadlines. His research skills have been very helpful and his mastery of the English language has been helpful to me on a number of different occasions. Tim and I worked together previously at a couple of different companies, and when it came time to finding a freelancer for our massive CollectibleFacts project, I knew just where to turn.
We've worked with the Grammar Doctors for the last several years at my firm. As the primary contact for my firm and the Grammar Doctors, I've always found Amanda to be highly professional, responsive, and transparent in her processes. One of the biggest challenges that typically occur when working with a copy writer is finding someone who can ask the right questions to help them understand what you want to accomplish and Amanda does a solid job of guiding you along so that she can turn out a product that accurately represents the kind of result I want. I would recommend the Grammar Doctors to businesses that are looking to work with a collaborative content professional and are focused on getting high quality results. Amanda Collins and the Grammar Doctors will not disappoint you.
Carissa Frisby worked as a freelance writer for me when I was editor of community magazines in Sun City, Arizona, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Carissa was a pleasure to work with. She is always willing to take an assignment, she turns in clean and well-written copy, and she meets deadlines. Carissa stands out as a professional freelance writer who gets things done in a timely manner, with no drama. She's a welcome member of any team, a positive contributor, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.
Sophia was a pleasure to work with. She was attentive and showed a genuine interest in assisting me in preparing the best resume possible. Sophia was quick to respond to my requests.

I have more than 20 years of experience as a writer across various media platforms, including developing content for websites, video and radio scripts, blogs, speeches and news releases. For ten years I worked on a freelance and staff basis for PRfect Media as Senior Copywriter and also served as the in-house proofreader. In addition, I have 15 years of experience writing comedic content distributed nationally by Premiere Radio Networks and like to infuse a light touch to serious topics whenever appropriate.
I am passionate about my work and experienced at the craft, plus I have developed many positive relationships over the years with professional colleagues. That shines through, especially when I write about people. Everyone has a story and I love to tell them using the written word. As a former English major, I am adept at editing copy, turning phrases and producing quality content for any subject matter, whether it's for a press release or company bio.
