Best trainer EVER!!! I didnt want a trainer at first, thought I could do it on my own... Wow was I wrong, when I started i was 225, when I finally said my goodbye (financial reasons) I was at 130. I know I could have never done it without DJ. He made me push myself, believe in myself, and gave me the confidence I needed. I will go back to him when im back on my feet. You should too!!
I’ve been doing both 1 on 1 and group training sessions with Greg for a few years. He makes every minute of a 1 on 1 30 minute session count and I get the most out of my workout! The small group sessions are a great switch up in the routine and its fun to work with others! The workouts are always changing which keeps it fun! He motivates and pushes you to do more each time but he’s also very aware of your limitations and will modify the exercises if need be. I’ve had trainers in the past and I didn’t last long because they didn’t keep me motivated. Greg does and I look forward to his workouts!!
Floyed Factor is a great place and my son loved the Basketball training. Highly recommended.
Alex is a patient, dedicated trainer who pushes and encourages you to do more and do better. It has been great working out with him and i am grateful for the results. I highly recommend!
Matthew Foster is one of the best trainers I've ever come across. He has a vast depth of knowledge about all things fitness. He knows the right exercises to help you get what you want. He also pushes you beyond your limits so you can reach new heights. Having Matthew train me was extremely difficult but it was the most fun I have had working out. He pushed me and wouldn't let me quit. Matthew is also a great motivator when he is training. The techniques he uses during sessions made me better at working out and being around him pushed me to become a more healthy version of myself. Matthew Foster is an amazing trainer and I would recommend him to anyone no matter what your fitness goals are.
Wayne is by far one of the mostly knowledgeable and detailed basketball trainer.
Antony is not just a personal trainer, he is the best personal trainer and human being. My son is a 16 years old boy with Asperger Syndrome, and since day one without any experience with teenager in the spectrum he decided to educate himself about the condition. He treated my son like he was his older brother, cheering and encouraging him. I am so pleased with him that I introduced Antony to the Principal of my son's school where he decided to volunteer coaching the Baseball team and help the head coach without getting paid even one penny. He did it because he has a genuine love of sports, a tremendous amount of knowledge, patience and love for what he does. I can't stress enough what kind a man and mentor he is. He is the kind of person that truly make the difference in the lives of others. Today my family consider Antony our friend and for the parents and kids of New Academy Baseball Team as COACH ANTONY.
I approached Cyle for training and mentoring sessions in the neurologically based performance enhancement and personal training system he is schooled in. Cyle went above and beyond to assist me in not only working on my injured ankle, but helping me deal with the mental and emotional concerns that training would be painful or re-injure me. In the beginning, I could barely do a lunge pattern without cringing. Because pain-free reps are the only reps allowed in his training, Cyle scaled back all movement until I was able to develop the confidence to move into more athletic positions without a grimace on my face! In other words, easily and effortlessly. His combination of patience, knowledge, experience, hands-on coaching, and willingness to try new approaches to my movement problem (which was partly mental) eventually took me from tiny lunges into entire lunge matrixes that included multiple directions, angles and foot positions. It is interesting to note that much of the work Cyle did with me to alleviate pain, discomfort, stiffness and immobility, as well as fear, was not in my ankle. Visual (eye movements) and Vestibular (head movements) work was just as important in creating progress as precise movements of the injured ankle joint. Cyle explained this in easy to understand terms that made sense to me, although the actual neurological principles are relatively complicated to the uninitiated. All I cared about was that it worked. In addition, Cyle gave me breathing drills, opposing joint drills (wrist) and unilateral drills to correct some other imbalances that were inhibiting my performance, and therefore my range of motion and experience of pain. I actually have better balance and posture as a result. I can also hike again. (My original injury was a severe ankle sprain that took place on a hike.) The brain-based training was-without a doubt-faster, more efficient and more fun than any other training or rehab work I have done. Cyle was always prompt with emailing feedback and homework, as well as arriving on time for appointments and answering questions. He was very good at keeping in touch and following-up. I appreciate that very much. Some trainers I have either worked with or observed appear bored and disengaged. Cyle was just the opposite. I could tell he cared about me and in some ways, I think that sets the stage for healing and recovery when you are hurting. Thanks Cyle!
Wow, where do I start! I was one who never thought I would enjoy a bootcamp, so I've paid for individual sessions in the past through different trainers over the years. This group is so inspiring and we keep each other motivated. I must say that after being referred to Maiyah by my physical therapist after surgery, I decided to contact her. From the beginning Maiyah has been able to develop a training and nutrition plan that was specific to my individual needs. I'm getting so many compliments from family, friends and acquaintances who want to know what I'm doing to get in such great physical shape in such a short period of time. Maiyah is hands down the absolute BEST trainer I've ever had and I am grateful to this universe for bringing her into my life. I only see things getting better!
After the free session I was sure he could help my child get better. He's very professional and has workouts that help with getting better. Very reliable and flexible with schedule and payments Highly recommended
very personable & professional !! We recently moved to Arizona from Texas & My son is an 8th grader at KMS Tempe. He started playing basketball last year & some friends told us about Phx Elite basketball training. Not knowing what to expect from a basketball academy we were impressed with how they operated and were understanding of how my son learned the game. We will recommend all our friends and family to train with this excellent program! Plus, very reasonable rates and no gym fees!
Coach is all about the kids having fun while leaning the fundamentals of basketball. He coaches with a positive attitude and positive reinforcement so the kids can gain self-confidence. He teaches them about respecting others and not picking on or making fun of someone who may not be as good. I love that the kids get the chance to build their skills and not be yelled at for making mistakes.

I do basketball coaching, training, and club basketball. I was a guard in college, so I love to work on shooting mechanics, ball handling, and especially, footwork. Footwork is the key to becoming a good basketball player, and so, many young basketball players just concentrate on the shot. I work it all!
I train little kids on the fundamentals of basketball, making it challenging, competitive, and fun! I give lots of life lessons along the way, incorporating it in basketball!

Hi, we are a West Valley-based club basketball organization. We have over 20 years experience in developing, mentoring, coaching and training players. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals needed for Jr. high and high school level basketball players. We are a Christian-based organization that is focused on helping boys and girls reach their fullest potential so they can feel good about themselves having a healthy mind, body and soul. We currently have 9-14 year old kids in our program.
I teach/train team/individual skills to kids who love basketball so that they become better basketball players.
