Introduction: A massage is more than relaxation, it is recovery, it is health and wellness, it is youth. I am a pain removing, health improving, back muscle repairing, always caring, muscle kneading, stress relieving, miracle working, I am a Massage Therapist. I offer deep tissue massage, sports massage therapy, Swedish massage, trigger point massage, and also CranioSacral by unwinding the neck and back for relief and shoulder cuff release. Deep Tissue Massage is a deeper, more intense massage. This technique uses slow, deep guided strokes and firm pressure designed to relieve severe tension and reach below the superficial muscles. Deep Tissue Massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain and soreness in both large and small muscle groups. Sports Massage is a no-nonsense massage that aims to stretch tight muscles, stimulate inactive muscles and improve soft tissue condition. Sports Massage can enable you to move your body more freely with more flexibility and in time can improve your posture. As the name suggests it is popular with sports people, as it enhances performance, assists recovery and prevents injury. These are benefits we can all enjoy. Swedish Massage is the most common and best known type of massage. It involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm. This type of massage is considered to be one of the most relaxing styles. I will adjust the pressure according to your sensitivity and preference. Trigger points are sore, painful spots that occur in a muscle. Most people refer to trigger points as knots. They are called trigger points because they "trigger" a painful response that often refers to pain in different parts of your body. Trigger Point Massage uses concentrations of finger pressure on each trigger point to prevent cycles of muscle pain and spasms. Trigger Point Massage provides benefits after just one session. I also do Myofascial Release, which is a technique used by Massage Therapists to effectively stretch and smooth out taught and knotted up fascia. Repetitive, long, smooth strokes are used with little to no cream or lotion. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on healing practice that can benefit anyone and helps a variety of ailments. If you have regular headaches, insomnia, neck and back pain, and other physical issues, we encourage you to consider adding CranioSacral Therapy to your massage session.

Phillip gave one of the best deep pressure massages I have had. Found all the tight spots and worked them out. Will definitely use him again.

Phillip is a magician. This was so far the best massage I've had. I always want my pressure to be firm and it's the first time it was really just what I wanted. He was very easy to communicate with and explain my needs and it was just a very positive experience. My shoulders and back felt way better immediately after the treatment. I know I will have sore muscles for a few days now but that's expected. Phillip is a great therapist when you have a health related need in massage and not just want to relax (I'm sure they can accommodate the latter as well). I'm definitely coming back. Oh, COVID related: Phillip is doing everything in his hands to keep everyone safe. I felt very safe!

Phillip has a soothing yet powerful touch. As a licensed massage therapist myself, I find myself taking notes while getting worked on, but with Phillip my body managed to relax and I dozed off a couple of times. He has a unique style that encompasses a variety of modalities, and after some initial observations he was able to find the perfect style that my body needed on this very day. My pain as well as stress has melted off in a quick hour. Thank you Phillip, you have a kindred spirit and it shows in your work. Go check him out and thank me later!

I had a wonderful 60min massage with Phillip and it was GREAT! Phillip is a warm and inviting person that made me feel comfortable immediately. He gave me really useful feedback about the tension in my body and about my hydration level. He was very quick to pick up on the nuances of my body. He did several things that I love that I rarely experience from my massage therapist: arm massage with deep work and concentrated work on my glutes that helped relieve cramping down my hamstrings. Plus he did a Thai massage technique that I love and will want to have again and again FOREVER! Phillip is AWESOME and I highly recommend Phillip.
